New CEO

Cenergy Holdings announces that the Company's Board of Directors decided on September 23, 2020 to adopt a single CEO structure instead of the current structure with two co-CEOs, and to appoint Mr. Alexios Alexiou as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective September 23rd, 2020.

Mr. Ilias Bekiros will no longer act as co-CEO and member of the Executive Management of Cenergy Holdings, but will retain his position as General Manager of Corinth Pipeworks SA, the steel pipes segment of the Company.

2020 FIRST HALF YEAR FINANCIAL RESULTS

Thrace Plastics Co S.A. in accordance with article 49 of Law 4548/2018, Regulation EU No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of 8 March 2016, it purchased 7,000 own shares, on 23/09/2020 through the Athens Exchange Member Alpha Finance S.A.  for an average price of € 2.3412 per share, of total value of € 16,388.05 in execution of the relevant decision made by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on March 19, 2019.

Psychiko, 23/09/2020 - In line with its previous announcements the Company "KEKROPS S.A." hereby makes known that the Supreme Court heard today the Greek State's appeal for the annulment of Award 3039/2019 of the Athens Court of Appeal. As has already been stated the case deals with the ownership of a piece of land of ca 300.000 m2 in Palaio Psychiko (Latomeio). The issue of the High Court's decision on this will come in due time.

Until then the Company will continue informing the public and its investors as to any and all developments of the case.
