European Reliance General Insurance Company S.A. (the Company), announces to the investment public that under the Repurchase Program of Own Shares, on 28/09/2020, it purchased 2,083 common shares at an average acquisition price of 3.795 euros per share, valued at 7,889.57 euros, pursuant to article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and the decisions of the competent bodies of the Company.

Following the aforementioned purchase, the Company holds now 530,940 common shares, which represent 1.9304% of the Company's total shares.

Following the announcement dated March 27^th, 2020, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A.  (henceforth "the Company") hereby announces that the subsidiary company IREON INVESTMENTS LTD transferred 1,401,502 shares of OPTIMA BANK S.A. at a price of Euro 18.35 per share to related with the Company parties. The above number of 1,404,502 shares corresponds to 37.25% of the share capital of OPTIMA BANK S.A.
