The Company has been notified that the following PDMR exercised share options and sold corresponding ordinary shares of CHF 6.70 each in the Company on 31 August 2021.

 Zug, Switzerland – 1 September - Coca-Cola HBC AG ("Coca-Cola HBC") today announces in respect of the month ended 31 August 2021, the issue of 373,559 shares of CHF 6.70 each fully paid ("Ordinary Shares"), following the exercise of options granted under Coca-Cola HBC's share option plan.

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on 31 August 2021 it effected purchases of 8,000 Company shares of total value EUR 113,640.00 (average price per share: EUR 14.205).

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 280,324 corresponding to 0.25% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 11.586 per share. The purchases of own Company shares are effected through the ATHEX Member PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
