Lapse of the right to the dividend for fiscal year 2015

Hellenic Exchanges-Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) informs investors that on 31.12.2021 the five-year period during which the dividend for fiscal year 2015 can be collected expires. Following the above mentioned date, the rights to the dividend for fiscal year 2015 that have not been collected by investors, will lapse in favor of the Greek State, in accordance with the laws in effect.
