Announcement of the date of publication of the financial results of the first half of 2021

The Company LOULIS MILLS SA announces that the Semi-Annual Financial Report for the period 01.01.2021 to 30.06.2021 as well as the Data and Information, will be posted on its corporate website www.loulismills.gr as well as on the website of the stock exchange www.athexgroup.gr on Monday 27 September 2021 (after the closing of the Athens Exchange).

The amendment of the Concession Agreement of the Greek State with PPA S.A. was signed.

 

Τhe contract amending the concession agreement between the Greek State and PPA S.A. (the parties) signed on September 22, 2021, regarding the Use and Development of Certain Areas and Assets within the Port of Piraeus. The Agreement effectively regulates by the parties all the issues that arose during the implementation of the First Mandatory Enhancements in the Port of Piraeus.

The above agreement will not enter into force before the ratification by the Greek Parliament.
