(hereinafter “the Company”) notifies according to article 14 of Law 3556/2007 and following the notification received from Mr. Georgios Dimitriou, that on the 8th of September 2022, the percentage of voting rights that Mr. Georgios Dimitriou holds in the Company, fell the threshold of 3% of the total voting rights in the Company and changed from 40,03% to 0,32% of the total voting rights in the Company.
