Announcement of completion the acquisition of KT Golden

IDEAL HOLDINGS S.A. (the “Company”) following its 21.06.2023 announcement, announces that on 1st of September 2023 completed the acquisition, for a total consideration of Euros 100,000,000, of 100% of the shares of the Cypriot company under the name “KT Golden Retail Venture LTD” (“ΚΤ”), which holds a 100% of the share capital of the Greek company under the name “ATTIKA POLYKATASTIMATA A.E.” (“ATTIKA”).
