(the “Company”) announces that following the decisions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders on 20.07.2023 and its Board of Directors, on 05.09.2023 sold 592,000 from its own shares, which correspond to 1.4750% of the total number of shares issued, at a price of Euros 4.15 per share and a total value of Euros 2,456,800.00.
