Quest Holdings S.A. informs the investors that, according to article 49 of the Law 4548/2018 and in compliance with the terms of the Regulation no.2273/2003 of the Commission of the European Communities, as well as by virtue of the Decision of the Regular General Assembly of its Shareholders dated 15/06/2022 and the Decision of the Board of Directors dated 03/01/2023, proceeded on September 8, 2023 through the member of the A.S.E. “Eurobank Equities”, with the purchase of 3.000 Quest Holdings S.A.

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that according to the terms of the Common Bond Loan issued by the Company on 23.03.2021 (the “CBL”), the record date for the bond holders entitled to the amount of interest of the fifth coupon corresponding to the period from 23.03.2023 until 25.09.2023 is Friday September 22, 2023.

As of Thursday September 21, 2023 (ex-coupon date) the notes issued by the Company will trade on the Athens Exchange without the right for the collection of the amount of interest of the fifth coupon of the CBL.
