Eurobank Ergasias Services and Holdings S.A. entered into a Conditional SPA with the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund (HFSF) to acquire its shares held by the HFSF
Hellenic Exchanges-Athens Stock Exchange S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that it was notified on 22 September 2023 by the Chief Executive Officer Mr. Yianos Kontopoulos that on 20 September 2023 he purchased 5,000 common registered shares of the Company having a total value of EUR23,347.67.
Purchase of Own Shares
ELLAKTOR S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") announces that, in accordance with the decision of the Ordinary Shareholders General Meeting held on 22.06.2023, as well as the decision of the Board of Directors dated 14.09.2023, it proceeded on September 22, 2023, through the the Athens Exchange member name OPTIMA BANK SA, with the purchase of 1,000 own shares at an average price of 2.070 euro per share and with a total transaction value of 2,070.00 euro.
