Completion of the utilization of Use of Funds Raised from the issuance of Non‐Convertible Bond Loan

 

OPAP S.A. announces, that it completed the utilization of use of funds raised from the issuance of the euro 200m. Non-Convertible Bond Loan, bonds of which are traded in the fixed income securities category of the regulated market of Athens Stock Exchange. This will also be presented in the respecting Report on Use of Funds Raised along with the publication of the 2021 Annual Financial Report.

Nine month 2021 financial results - Revenue increases by 22.2%; EUR7.0m net after tax earnings

Turnover in the nine months of 2021 for the Athens Exchange Group was EUR27.0 million compared to EUR22.1m in the corresponding period last year, increased by 22.2%. In the 3rd quarter of 2021, the consolidated turnover was EUR8.6m compared to EUR6.9m in the corresponding period last year, increased by 24.6%.
