DECISIONS OF THE ANNUAL ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF THE SHAREHOLDERS OF PHILIPPOS NAKAS SA OF DECEMBER 7^TH 2021.

At the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on December 7, 2021, the total number of shares deposited was 5.056.680, i.e. 79.75% of the total share capital.

At the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of December 7, 2021, a new Board of Directors of the company was elected, which was formed as follows:

2. Stelios Vasilakis of Dimitrios, Non-Executive Member, Vice President

3. George Nakas of Philippos, Executive Member

4. Maria Chatzigeorgiou of Panagiotis, Executive member

Koropi-Greece, Dec. 8^th, 2021: INTRACOM DEFENSE (IDE) successfully deployed its latest HEPS® HGT20K Hybrid Generator during Exercise STEADFAST LEDA 2021 (Poland, 21-30 Nov. 2021), a major NATO exercise to increase interoperability and operational effectiveness. The system was requested by NATO's Allied Rapid Reaction Corps (ARRC) HQ and the British Army to support their experimentation with advanced deployable power solutions.
