Quest Holdings S.A. informs the investors that, according to article 49 of the Law 4548/2018 and in compliance with the terms of the Regulation no.2273/2003 of the Commission of the European Communities, as well as by virtue of the Decision of the Regular General Assembly of its Shareholders dated 15/06/2022 and the Decision of the Board of Directors dated 15/06/2022, proceeded on December 6, 2022 through the member of the A.S.E. “Eurobank Equities”, with the purchase of 6.000 Quest Holdings S.A.

Acquisition of own shares

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on December 6^th, 2022 it effected purchases of 15,206 Company shares of total value EUR 308,237.76 (average price per share: EUR 20.271).

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 1,720,557 corresponding to 1.55% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 15.590 per share. The purchases of the above Company shares were effected through the ATHEX Member PIRAEUS SECURITIES.

IDEAL HOLDINGS S.A. (the "Company") announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary ShareholderΆs Meeting dated 02.12.2021, on 05.12.2022 acquired through the Athens Exchange 5,000 own shares at a weighted average price of 3.50 euro per share, of an aggregate value 17,500.00 euro and on 06.12.2022 acquired 5,000 own shares at a weighted average price of 3.5595 euro per share, of an aggregate value 17,797.50 euro. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES SA.
