In accordance with the terms of the Common Bond Loan as decided by “GEK TERNA SA” on December 14, 2021 (hereinafter “the Bond Loan”), the record date for the beneficiaries of interest for the 2nd Interest Period from 14.06.2022 until 14.12.2022 is set to be Tuesday December 13, 2022.
The first day of trading without the second coupon (ex-coupon date) is Monday December 12, 2022.
