ID 113772252000, (thereof: “the Company”) announces that, according to the resolution of its Shareholders' Meeting dated 05.07.2022, as well as following the announcement as of 04.10.2022, on 07.12.2022, purchased through the Athens Exchange 2.900 own shares at an average price of €5.9672 per share, and a total value of €17,305.00.
