Paiania, June 6, 2022 -  Intracom Holdings announces that the Annual Analyst Presentation of the Full Year 2021 Financial Results was held on Monday, June 6^th, 2022, at the Company's premises.

In accordance with the terms of the Common Bond Loan as decided by “GEK TERNA SA” on December 14, 2021 (hereinafter “the Bond Loan”), the record date for the beneficiaries of interest for the 1^st Interest Period from 14.12.2021 until 14.06.2022 is set to be Friday June 10, 2022.

The first day of trading without the first coupon (ex-coupon date) is Thursday June 9, 2022.
