Notification about a significant change in the number of voting rights (Law 3556/2007)
THE LONDON & AMSTERDAM TRUST COMPANY LTD informed the Company in writing on 7 June 2022 that, because of a triggering transaction on 1 June 2022, ROVIDA HOLDINGS LTD and RR INVESTMENT COMPANY LTD directly hold 4.1891% of the voting rights of the Company, from 5.01% before the triggering transaction.
