Amendment of Financial Calendar 2022

Quest Holdings S.A. informs the investors that, according to article 49 of the Law 4548/2018 and in compliance with the terms of the Regulation no.2273/2003 of the Commission of the European Communities, as well as by virtue of the Decision of the Regular General Assembly of its Shareholders dated 26/06/2020 and the Decision of the Board of Directors dated 1/03/2022, proceeded on June 10, 2022 through the member of the A.S.E. “Eurobank Equities”, with the purchase of 7.500 Quest Holdings S.A.

Koropi, June 14^th, 2022: INTRACOM DEFENSE (IDE) was honored by the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) with the "Research - Innovation and Technological Development Award". The award ceremony took place on June 9th, 2022, at Zappeion Megaron, in the presence of the Prime Minister, Mr. Kyriakos Mitsotakis, Ministers of the Greek Government and representatives of institutions.
