Bond Buy-back

GEK TERNA S.A. informs the Investors that, in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and according to article 62 of Law 4548/2018, as amended and currently in force, as well as by virtue of the Decision of the Board of Directors, proceeded on June 17, 2022, with the purchase of 13 bonds of "GEKTERNAB3” at an average price of 904.72 euros per bond and at a total transaction value of 11,761.31 euros.

HOLDINGS" (d.t. “INTRACOM HOLDINGS”) informs the investing public, according to Law 3556/2007 and in combination with article 19 of the Regulation(EU) No 596/2014, that Mr. Dimitris Klonis, Vice - Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors and CEO of the Company, proceeded on 17.06.2022 to the purchase of 20,000 INTRACOM HOLDINGS Common Registered shares, with voting rights, of total value € 26,230.33.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

Paiania, June 20, 2022 - INTRACOM HOLDINGS announces that following the resolution of the Shareholder's Annual General Meeting, dated 24.07.2020, in accordance with the article 49 of the L. 4548/2018, purchased on June 17 2022 through the member of the ATHEX «LEON DEPOLAS SECURITIES S.A.», 10,000 own shares with an average price of € 1.3095 per share and a total purchase price €13,094.70.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds a total of 617.848 own shares (percentage 0,74% of it's share capital).
