"Quest Holdings SA." informs that through its 100% indirect subsidiary company "XYLADES ENERGY SA" completed on August 31^st , 2022, the acquisition of photovoltaic power plant  with a capacity of 0,76MW which have been installed within  Prefecture of Kilkis, for a total price of €1.72 million, including the cash reserves of the project operator company.

With the above acquisition, the installed capacity of the (RES) Electricity Generation Stations of the energy arm of the Quest Group, amounts to 34,3MW.

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 877,719 corresponding to 0.79% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 14.001 per share. The purchases of the above Company shares were effected through the ATHEX Member PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
