Bond loan issuance

KRI-KRI S.A. issued a common bond loan of total amount €6.500.000, according to the Board of Directors decision as of 17/8/2022. The bond loan is of 5 years maturity, unsecured, and was fully covered by PIRAEUS BANK S.A.. The proceeds are to finance company's state subsidized (according to L.4399/2016) investment plan for increasing production capacity.
