MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on December 19th, 2022 it effected purchases of 13,348 Company shares of total value EUR 278,540.36 (average price per share: EUR 20.8676).

 

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 1,871,491 corresponding to 1.69% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 16.00 per share.

It is announced that on December 16th, 2022 DOSON INVESTMENTS COMPANY sold 80,000 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. shares of total value EUR 1,649,600 through an Over-The-Counter (OTC) transaction.


DOSON INVESTMENTS COMPANY is a legal entity related with Mr. Nikolaos Th. Vardinoyannis, Non-Executive Board member of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A., who is under the obligation to acknowledge his transactions on Company securities pursuant to the article 19 of the Regulation (EU) 596/2014.

Update regarding the special permission of the Board for the provision of a guarantee in favor of the related company ALPHA SATELLITE TELEVISION S.A. pursuant to the articles 99-101 of the Law 4548/2018

Following the announcement dated December 6th, 2022, which was also uploaded on the General Electronic Commercial Registry (GEMI) with protocol number 2850344/08.12.2022, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. (the Company) hereby informs the investment public that the 10-day deadline for the submission of a request for a General Meeting to decide on the special permission for the provision of a guarantee in favor of the related company ALPHA SATELLITE TELEVISION S.A up to the amount of Euro 9.8 million, lapsed on December 19th, 2022.

IDEAL HOLDINGS S.A. (the "Company") announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary ShareholderΆs Meeting dated 02.12.2021, on 16.12.2022 acquired through the Athens Exchange 3,000 own shares at a weighted average price of 3.42 euro per share, of an aggregate value 10,260.00 euro and on 19.12.2022 acquired 3,000 own shares at a weighted average price of 3.4767 euro per share, of an aggregate value 10,430.00 euro. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES SA.
