Announcement of the date of publication of the financial results of the first half of 2022

The Company LOULIS  FOOD INGREDIENTS S.A. announces that the Semi-Annual Financial Report for the period 01.01.2022 to 30.06.2022 as well as the Data and Information, will be posted on its corporate website www.loulismills.gr  as well as on the website of the stock exchange www.athexgroup.gr  on Thursday 29 September 2022 (after the closing of the Athens Exchange).

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on September 27th, 2022 it effected purchases of 21,408 Company shares of total value EUR 331,665.44 (average price per share: EUR 15.493).

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 1,076,779 corresponding to 0.97% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 14.433 per share. The purchases of the above Company shares were effected through the ATHEX Member PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
