Quest Holdings S.A. informs the investors that, according to article 49 of the Law 4548/2018 and in compliance with the terms of the Regulation no.2273/2003 of the Commission of the European Communities, as well as by virtue of the Decision of the Regular General Assembly of its Shareholders dated 15/06/2022 and the Decision of the Board of Directors dated 15/06/2022, proceeded on October 26, 2022 through the member of the A.S.E. “Eurobank Equities”, with the purchase of 9.800 Quest Holdings S.A.

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on October 26^th, 2022 it effected purchases of 19,549 Company shares of total value EUR 344,496.53 (average price per share: EUR 17.622).

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 1,395,867 corresponding to 1.26% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 14.965 per share. The purchases of the above Company shares were effected through the ATHEX Member PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
