The company "AUTOHELLAS Tourism and Trading Societe Anonym" announces, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, that the company "FIDELITY" by letter dated 20/05/2022, notified that the total number of voting rights in AUTOHELLAS ATEE, which it held indirectly through one of its controlled companies, "FMR LLC", changed to less than 5% on 18/05/2022, from 5.02% before the change.
