Purchase of Own Shares

 

GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting dated May 31st 2022, the Company proceeded on December 6th 2023 with the purchase of 9,300 own shares at the average price of 7.84 euros per share and at a total value of 72,882.38 euros.

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on December 6, 2023 it effected purchases of 4,800 Company shares of total value EUR 116,986.00 (average price per share: EUR 24.372).

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 2,458,095 corresponding to 2.22% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 18.079 per share.
