Paiania, 11 December 2023 – Lavipharm S.A. announced today, in accordance with Regulation 596/2014/EU, that it has entered into an Asset Purhase Agreement with Sanofi for the acquisition of the pharmaceutical product Flagyl® for the Greek market.

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on December 8, 2023 it effected purchases of 4,446 Company shares of total value EUR 108,359.48 (average price per share: EUR 24.372).

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 2,466,816 corresponding to 2.23% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 18.101 per share.
