Maroussi, June 12th 2023 – Following the Company Announcement dated May 9, 2023, INTRACOM HOLDINGS (ATHEX: INTKA) announces the completion of the sale and transfer of percentage of 90.91% that is 23,103,305 registered shares of INTRACOM DEFENSE (IDE), which was held by INTRACOM TECHNOLOGIES S.a.r.l., subsidiary of INTRACOM HOLDINGS, to «ISRAEL AEROSPACE INDUSTRIES Ltd» (IAI), pursuant to the provisions of the binding agreement dated May 9, 2023.
The transaction value is € 60 million.
