Quest Holdings S.A. informs the investors that, according to article 49 of the Law 4548/2018 and in compliance with the terms of the Regulation no.2273/2003 of the Commission of the European Communities, as well as by virtue of the Decision of the Regular General Assembly of its Shareholders dated 15/06/2022 and the Decision of the Board of Directors dated 03/01/2023, proceeded on December 11, 2023 through the member of the A.S.E. “Eurobank Equities”, with the purchase of 3.000 Quest Holdings S.A.

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on December 11, 2023 it effected purchases of 3,100 Company shares of total value EUR 77,178.00 (average price per share: EUR 24.896).

 The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 2,469,916 corresponding to 2.23% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 18.110 per share.
