ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE WRITE-OFF OF THE UNCLAIMED DIVIDEND FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2017
ALPHA TRUST Mutual Fund and Alternative Investment Fund Management S.A. (the “Company”) informs the investors that, the five-year period for the collection of the dividend for the fiscal year 2017 expires on December 31st, 2023. Following this date, dividends that have not been collected by entitled shareholders will be written off, in favor of the Greek State, in accordance with the applicable law.
