Purchase of Own Shares

GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting dated May 31^st 2022, the Company proceeded on November 3^rd 2023 with the purchase of 8,299 own shares at the average price of 7.91 euros per share and at a total value of 65,641.49 euros.

Maroussi, November 03, 2023 - The Société Anonyme with the corporate name "INTRACOM S.A. HOLDINGS" (d.t. “INTRACOM HOLDINGS”) informs the investors, according to Law 3556/2007 and in combination with article 19 of the Regulation(EU) No 596/2014, that the legal entity BLACK OAK INVESTMENTS LTD, which is affiliated with Mr. Dimitrios S. Theodoridis, Vice – Chairman, of the Company's Board of Directors, proceeded on 31.10.2023 to the purchase of 500,582 INTRACOM HOLDINGS Common Registered shares, with voting rights, of total value € 1,011,175.64.
