The Listings and Market Operation Committee of Athens Stock Exchange, during today’s session, approved the listing of Stock Future products for the stocks of the following company and the acquisition of Market Maker capacity for the ATHEX Members below for market making on those future products:

As of 06/08/2025, the shares of the company "MEDITERRA S.A." (GRS500003009) are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange without the amount €0.0547945205 per share. The above dividend amount is subject to the tax imposed on dividends pursuant to the current legislation (net amount: €0.0520547944 per share).

•    The acquisition of Market Maker capacity for the ATHEX Member VIGOR FINANCE INVESTMENT SERVICES S.A. for market making on the Stock Futures of the listed company HELLENIC EXCHANGES - ATHENS STOCK EXCHANGE S.A. and set the start date of the Market Making obligations on Wednesday, 6th August 2025.
