The company Minoan Lines S.A. announces that the legal entity (Grimaldi Euromed S.p.A) associated with Mr Emanuele G. Grimaldi Chairman of Minoan Lines BoD (Liable person according to the article 13 of L. 3340/2005) on July 29th 2016 bought 30 Minoan Lines ordinary shares of a total value of € 72.00 and on August 01st 2016 bought 726 Minoan Lines ordinary shares of a total value of € 1,735.14. The aforementioned announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art. 11).

NIREUS AQUACULTURE S.A  informs the investing public that, after the increase of the company's share capital by the acquisition of SEAFARM IONIAN S.A. which amounts 9.474.743,20 € over the absorbing company, dated 12.22.2015,  fractional shares of 2.121 shares have emerged.

The eligible shareholders holding fractional rights from the above-mentioned increase will receive the amount of the sale 2.121 shares, in the proportion of each one.
