PPC informs that GENOP/DEI (General Federation of Employees /Public Power Corporation-Section of Electric Energy) issued a press release, according to which, GENOP/DEI on 02.08.2016, submitted a petition before the Council of State for the annulment of the Tender Procedure regarding the transfer of the 24% of the share capital of IPTO to a strategic investor.

On August 2nd, 2016 the Company purchased 11.850 shares, with an average price of EUR 20,18 per share and a total purchase price of EUR 239.152,54.
