Hellenic Exchanges- Athens Stock Exchange S.A (ATHEX), in accordance with article 4.1.3.1 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, informs investors that the tax audit findings note for fiscal years 2008, 2009 and 2010 was served by the Audit Center for Large Enterprises (KEMEP).
The company will inform investors in detail as soon as the tax audit is finalized.
The company Minoan Lines S.A. announces that the legal entity (Grimaldi Euromed S.p.A) associated with Mr Emanuele G. Grimaldi Chairman of Minoan Lines BoD (Liable person according to the article 13 of L. 3340/2005) on August 04th 2016 bought 1,600 Minoan Lines ordinary shares of a total value of € 3,808.99. The aforementioned announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art. 11).
