S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission  and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that  Mrs. Ν. Kalesi, Responsible of Shareholders Services Department, sold on 8^th August 2016, 1,200 common shares of a total value of euro 24,969.00.

Intercontinental International Real Estate Investment Company hereby announces according to the provisions of L.3556 / 2007, decision 1/434/2007, Circular No. 33 of the Capital Market Commission that on August 5, 2016 received notification from Ajolico Trading Ltd. for changing the total percentage of voting rights to 71.4% vs. 95.24% prior to the private placement and trading commencement of the stock, and that Ajolico Trading Ltd. directly holds today 7,500,000 voting rights of a total of 10,500,000 Rights.
