Kalesi, Responsible of Shareholders Services Department, sold on 10th August 2016, 500 common shares of a total value of euro 10,585.00.

Payment of the second advance payment for the construction of the new Lignite Unit “Ptolemais V”
PPCS.A.announces that, following the provision of the required letters of guarantee by the EPC contractor for the construction of the new lignite unit “Ptolemais V”, the company deposited today, August 10, 2016, the second advance payment amounting to €198 mln based on the provisions of the construction contract, ensuring the smooth progress of the construction. The new unit is expected to become operational in the beginning of 2020.
