SPACE HELLAS S.A. announces, in the context of providing accurate and timely information to investors, the amendment of its 2016 Financial Calendar. The amendment refers to the release date of six month Financial report 2016, which has been changed to Friday, 16 September 2016.

30^th August 2016: Profile Software, an international financial solutions provider, announced today the selection of its IMSplus platform by the Costa Rican based BAC San Jose Puesto de Bolsa SA to manage their investment and client portfolios operations and to automate their processes.

Update on electricity bill settlements

With regard to the progress of electricity bills settlements PPCS.A.announces the following:

1.            Electricity bills settlements through the arrangement of 36 installments are progressing in a satisfactory way. Approximately 350,000 customers have settled total dues in the order of € 1 bln.

In addition, it is quite satisfactory that more than 90% of settlements is being honoured. 

2.            Based on the outstanding amount, customers break down as follows:

PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

Thrace Plastics Co S.A. in accordance with article 4, par. 4 of the European Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2273/2003 and in execution of the relevant decision made by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on December 29, 2014, it purchased 1,046 own shares, on August 29, 2016 through the Athens Exchange Member Alpha Finance Investments Services S.A. with an average acquisition price of € 1.5100 per share. The total value of the transaction amounted to € 1,579.46.
