DIMITRIOU S.A.  (hereinafter “the Company”) notifies according to article 14 of Law 3556/2007 and following the notification received from Mr. Miltos Der Krikorian, that on the 31^st  of July 2017, the percentage of voting rights that Mr. Miltos Der Krikorian holds in the Company, exceeded the threshold of 5% of the total voting rights in the Company and changed from 4,99% to 5,02% of the total voting rights in the Company.
