It is hereby announced that on August 30th, 2017 Mr. Petros T. Tzannetakis, Deputy Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A., purchased 300 Company shares of total value EURO 5,598.

Mr. Tzannetakis is a person obliged to acknowledge his Stock Exchange transactions on Company shares pursuant to article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and article 13 of the Law 3340/2005.
