TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces that on the 1^st August 2018, the Company purchased, through Alpha Finance 2,704 common own shares against an average purchase price per share of euro 20.42 and 1,000 preference own shares, against an average purchase price per share of euro 15.50, at a total purchase price of Euro 55,206.20 and Euro 15,500.00 respectively, in implementation of the decision dated 1st June 2018 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the resolution dated 1st June 2018 of the Board of Directors, pursuant to article 16 of Law 2190/1920.
