The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 16, 2018, purchased on August 7, 2018:

- through Beta Securities 28,500 own shares with an average price of €0.7625 per share and a total purchase price €21,732.00.
