The company INTRALOT in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4 par. 4, announces that following the article 16 of Law 2190/1920 and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 16, 2018, purchased on August 14, 2018:

- through Pantelakis Securities 30,500 own shares with an average price of €0.7166 per share and a total purchase price €21,855.00.

Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007

The company Minoan Lines S.A. announces that the legal entity (Grimaldi Euromed S.p.A) associated with Mr Emanuele G. Grimaldi Chairman of Minoan Lines BoD (Liable person according to the article 13 of L. 3340/2005) on 9/8/2018 bought 64 Minoan Lines ordinary shares of a total value of euro 153,60 and on 13/8/2018 bought 50 Minoan Lines ordinary shares of a total value of euro 120,00. The aforementioned announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art. 11).
