PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

 


TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces that on the 17th August 2018, the Company purchased, through Alpha Finance 4,000 common own shares, against an average purchase price per share of euro 19.48 and a total purchase price of Euro 77,934.88, in implementation of the decision dated 1st June 2018 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the resolution dated 1st June 2018 of the Board of Directors, pursuant to article 16 of Law 2190/1920.

TERNA ENERGY S.A. informs the investors that, in compliance with article 4 par. 4 of the Regulation no. 2273/2003 of the Commission of the European Communities and according to article 16 of the Codified Law 2190/1920, as amended and currently in force, as well as by virtue of the Decision of the Extraordinary General Assembly of its Shareholders dated 09.02.2018 and the Decision of the Board of Directors dated 28.02.2018, proceeded on August 17, 2018 through the member of the A.S.E.
