The company Minoan Lines S.A. announces that the legal entity (Grimaldi Euromed S.p.A) associated with Mr Emanuele G. Grimaldi Chairman of Minoan Lines BoD (Liable person according to the article 13 of L. 3340/2005) on 21/8/2018 bought 200 Minoan Lines ordinary shares of a total value of euro 480.00. The aforementioned announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art. 11).

TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces that on the 21^st August 2018, the Company purchased, through Alpha Finance 870 preference own shares, against an average purchase price per share of euro 16.17 and a total purchase price of Euro 14,064.00, in implementation of the decision dated 1st June 2018 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the resolution dated 1st June 2018 of the Board of Directors, pursuant to article 16 of Law 2190/1920.
