The company Minoan Lines S.A. announces that the legal entity (Grimaldi Euromed S.p.A) associated with Mr Emanuele G. Grimaldi Chairman of Minoan Lines BoD (Liable person according to the article 13 of L. 3340/2005) on 22/8/2018 bought 352 Minoan Lines ordinary shares of a total value of euro 844.80. The aforementioned announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art. 11).

TITAN ACQUIRES CONTROL OF ITS JOINT VENTURE IN TURKEY

Following the relevant announcement of yesterday, it is clarified that after the closing of the transaction, Titan Group will hold 75% of ADOCIM which will own the integrated cement plant with a production capacity of 1.5 million tons of cement and will have no participation in the grinding unit which will be wholly owned by the Cem Sak Group. The transaction price that will be paid by Titan will not have a material effect on the Group's financials.
