European Reliance General Insurance Company S.A. (the Company), announces to the investment public that under the Repurchase Program of own shares, on 06/08/2019, it purchased 1,926 common shares at an average acquisition price of 4.6673 euros per share, valued at 8,989.17 euros, pursuant to article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and the decisions of the competent bodies of the Company.

GEK TERNA S.A. informs the investors that, in compliance with article 4 par. 4 of the Regulation no. 2273/2003 of the Commission of the European Communities and according to article 49 of Law 4548/2018, as amended and currently in force, as well as by virtue of the Decision of the Regular General Assembly of its Shareholders dated 27.06.2018 and the Decision of the Board of Directors dated 27.06.2018, proceeded on August 6, 2019 through the member of the A.S.E.
