•    and following the change in the share capital of the company “BIOKARPET  S.A.” (GRS165063009), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the new par value of €1.00 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.02 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.

As of 25/08/2025:

• the shares of the company "CRETE PLASTICS S.A." (GRS326003019) are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange without the amount €0.52 per share. The above dividend amount is subject to the tax imposed on dividends pursuant to the current legislation (net amount: €0.494 per share).
