The management of ELLAKTOR SA, according to currently legislation, the 12th of August 2019 decision of its BoD, the same date relevant announcement, as well as to inform the investment community, announces its intention to sell the totality of treasury shares held by the Company, i.e. 4,570,034 treasury shares (2.13% of its share capital). The sale of treasury shares will take place through private placement within the period from 13.08.2019 to 14.08.2019.
