IPTO releases an Invitation to submit an Expression of Interest in the context of a proposed sale of a minority stake in Ariadne Interconnection

Following its announcement issued on 6 May 2022, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. (The “Company”) hereby announces that its Board in its meeting dated August 4^th, 2022 decided to grant a special permission allowing its subsidiary MOTOR OIL RENEWABLE ENERGY SINGLE MEMBER S.A. (“MORE”) to proceed with the acquisition of 75% of the share capital of a company to be established, which will own ELLAKTOR's RES portfolio with overall operating capacity of 493 MW, as well as ELLAKTOR's development and storage project pipeline with capacity exceeding 1.6 GW.

Quest Holdings S.A. informs the investors that, according to article 49 of the Law 4548/2018 and in compliance with the terms of the Regulation no.2273/2003 of the Commission of the European Communities, as well as by virtue of the Decision of the Regular General Assembly of its Shareholders dated 15/06/2022 and the Decision of the Board of Directors dated 15/06/2022, proceeded on August 03, 2022 through the member of the A.S.E. “Eurobank Equities”, with the purchase of 2.514 Quest Holdings S.A.
